How does the process work for patients coming from abroad or out of town?

For our patients applying to our clinic within the scope of health tourism, we initiate the treatment planning before they even arrive in Turkey. If you send us your panoramic X-ray or 3D tomography digitally, our specialist doctors will present your treatment plan, the duration of your stay in Turkey, and the cost estimation through a free online consultation. Additionally, our international patient department organizes everything regarding your accommodation, transfers, and language support.

How are sterilization and hygiene ensured in the clinic?

International infection control protocols are uncompromisingly applied in our clinic. All instruments are cleaned with special solutions after each patient and sterilized in high-tech autoclave devices. All materials such as syringes, cups, aprons, and gloves are strictly single-use (disposable) and are only opened from their packaging in your presence.

Will I feel pain during treatments? I have dental phobia, what should I do?

You will absolutely not feel any pain. All our clinical and surgical procedures are performed by completely numbing the area using advanced local anesthesia techniques. For our patients with severe dental phobia (fear of the dentist), young children, or patients undergoing extensive surgical procedures in a single session, we offer "Conscious Sedation" and "General Anesthesia" options in fully equipped operating room conditions.

Are the first examination and online consultation paid?

For patients applying from abroad or outside the city, our digital pre-evaluation and online consultation services based on existing X-ray images are free of charge. To receive detailed information about the in-clinic examination process, you may contact our patient consultants. Please note that 3D tomography (CBCT) imaging is not performed at our clinic.
